I have been taking Benefiber with no relief and now almost living on Imodium to have any sort of normal life - which still isn't happening. I started taking probiotics and have been taking a probiotic with a strength of 6 billion probitoic bacteria per pill but thinking I may need something stronger. This is what I have been taking http://www.renewlife.com/florasmart-6-billion.html I have also heard of Florastor and Align being helpful... I'm thinking of adding one of this to my probiotic. Is either one beneficial? I wanted to ask before spending my money! How long does it take to fully see results from ANY probiotic? Thank you to ANYONE who has advice! I appreciate it! It will take time to see changes too (Digestive Advantage probiotics say 2 weeks but its probably more like 1-3 months). I do take probiotics but never tried those brands. I would probably take 2 of those FloraSmart since 6 billion isn't that much (i read adults should take 10-15 billion/day) or try a different brand with different strains of bacteria.
