Was just wondering if this can cause bloating/D etc?

I have been been eating a cereal containing oats, buckwheat, puffed rice and psyllium but it does not seem to agree with me.
I know I can tolerate buckwheat as eat it in other foods with no hassle.

Psyllium is about 1/3 IF and 2/3 SF and dehulled oats is about 1/2 and 1/2. They give some people gas.

OK, thanks!

Oats are a staple for me and I have no problems with them or oat products eg: oat cakes or oat bread so it must be the psyllium!
