IF from whole grains and veggies new

I've noticed that for me IF from wholegrains is worse tolerated than IF from cooked veggies/fruit. Brown rice is a wholegrain. Although Heather says it is one of better tolerated ones. Like quinoa. So you may be OK. I avoid both, and all whole grains but eat a lot of raw berries and cooked spinach with SFS. They are fine, whole grains are not.

[I've tried VSL#3 -> I could tolerate v good amounts of IF (even with less SF), it worked great (but overall I find it too expensive)]
