She told me about Caltrate that she takes (she doesn't have IBS though). This is my family doctor not my IBS doctor I was talking to but she said that I would need to take Vitamin D with it also. The Caltrate has both. I don't know what brand of pill form your taking but have you tried taking a chewable. I noticed that Caltrate also makes a chewable. It's a thought. I'm going to start taking to tomorrow. Good luck!
