does anyone drink yerba mate and have it not bother their tummies?

Yerba Mate contains about 0.7% and 1.7% caffeine which is more than tea. It also contain other stimulants too. Caffeine is a known IBS trigger.

yeah i know, i was just wondering. coconut is supposed to be bad because of the fat content too but my body deals with it very well! i just know IBS is very individual so just curious...
