Is going dairy free likely to produce results fairly quickly if indeed it is going to improve symptoms?
Seems to me I read somewhere that going gluten free takes 6-8 weeks to show signs of improvement.
Was wondering if the same holds true for dairy?

When you are talking the whole EFI plan, it depends on the person. I think a week makes a huge difference. It can't be likened to Celiacs and going GF. They have antibodies that come from the wheat "allergy" and it isn't like that with dairy- so no wait.
