i bought some rice crackers, ingredients are safe but then it goes onto say 'may contain soy, milk, shellfish' how big a risk is cross contamination to ppl with ibs?? is a little trace enough to cause an attack
also.. are there any safe brands of rice crackers someone could suggest? i saw some made with brown rice flour but i know brown rice is on the bad list...

The contamination risk is small if you are considering the EFI diet. If you have a nut or shellfish allergy then it likely not wise to take the risk.
