? about boxed milk

I found out it is "cooked" at higher temps and kills all bacteria in the milk.

So does that make it safe? Or is it something else that triggers the attacks.

Unfortunately it is still unsafe. It's the makeup of the milk itself that is unsafe, including whey and casin, and lactose. ALL "real" milk in unsafe. I know bummer, but there are plenty of milk substitutes available.

Thanks! I got to thinking about that after I posted. LOL

I can do rice milk but still unsure about the soy. It was just a though...
