freeze dried fruits

Talk to me about these. I've just recently heard of them. Are they safe for IBS-D people?

I tried dried fruit and didn't like them and someone suggested these. I hadn't heard of them and they don't sell them in my area, but I can get them online.

I thought they might be safe because they don't have all their "juice", but I wanted to make sure.

Dried fruits are high in insoluble fiber and excess fructose. Heather says "dried fruit and fruit juices are far more concentrated sources of fructose, and you might have to restrict them."

Trader Joes has freeeze dried bananas that are safe.Im not sure about how I'd do with the other fruits I love them tho.
