Can you recommend a particular dehydrator? I saw the recipe for home dried bananas. I don't want to keep my oven on for several hours. I live in Southern California in the desert area - very hot here. Thank you.

I just see the same basic model over and over again. So just get it cheapest you can I guess. I got mine from my seed supplier, Pinetree seeds. It has 5 trays.
