My favorite breakfast is:

smoothie (almond milk, very ripe banana, whatever fruit is local at the farmers' market - right now peaches and blackberries)

and

a piece of homemade oatmeal bread, toasted with homemade hummus

There's plenty of SF plus the hummus has enough fat in it (some high quality olive oil) to keep me from getting hungry again quickly

I suggest a mix of dried fruits...prunes, raisins, apricots etc...they are calory dense, fill u up and are easy to carry around and snack on...but be sure to drink pleny of water also.

I am a big time breakfast guy and I make little sandwiches and breakfast burritos a lot. I use some cooking spray and organic egg whites a little green onion and a chopped up veggie sausage. Little soy cheese and you have the filling or a little omelet. I have also mastered no oil hash brown. I grate potatoes or chop them really fine a little onion and whatever seasoning you like put a tiny bit of fat free non stick spray on a plate spread the potatoes microwave for like 3 to 4 min they will be soft then brown and crisp the outside in a non stick pan and you got hash browns man. Same works with sweet potatoes and cinnamon. The best part is you can make a lot of these and freeze them and you have safe quick breakfast before work. try making the sandwich with a toasted bagel if you need a bit more for a hard day.

None of this falls within the EFI guidelines. Where is the SF? Everything that you listed is IF. We need to start with a strong SF base....
