We are planning a trip to Disney and I noticed that a lot of restaurants offer Rotisserie Chicken and thats about it as far as "safe" foods are concerned. What should I tell the chef to omit on the Rotisserie Chicken?? Or should I just order it and avoid the skin and not make a fuss?? Also I found out Im pregnant so no cold sandwich meat for me unless its been heated so any ideas on a picnic food to pack thats ibs friendly?? One more thing, they also offer Grilled Veggie Sandwiches (is this safe, sounds like it could be??) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I buy Rotisserie Chicken regularly but I just avoid eating the skin which is best to do anyway because it contains a fair amount of fat.

Hi !! I just wanted to say first of all that I am so excited for you - we did the dining plan for the first time this past September (B4 I "got" IBS post-surgery, so the eating was SOOOO good, but I digress..). I would definitely recommend the buffett at the African Lodge (lots of flatbreads, grilled fish, hummus) and the restaurant at the Polynesian Resort. I personally would love it if, when you get back, you let us know where/what you ate and how it worked for you b/c I know I will be going back someday !!! Have a wonderful time !
