Is this cereal okay to eat everyday even if I have constipation? Or should I eat something different some days?

What sort of information are you looking for? By looking at the ingredients list you can see that many of these products are high in IF and probably should be eaten with more SF. Wheat thins contain whole wheat - they are not on the safe list.
