Is there a flavor and/or brand which does not contain excess fructose?

If you choose jams or jellies made from fruit that don't have excess fructose and do not have added fructose listed on the label then they should be safe. Most berry jams & jellies will be safe. Be careful of grape jam.

Shouldn't have any excess fructose but it may have a fair amount of insoluble fiber from the orange peels.

These jams list "fruit syrup" as the first ingredient (for example here are the ingredients for orange marmalade). A call to consumer relations revealed that "fruit syrup" included apple and pear syrups which are high in excess fructose. These jams/jellies are probably not a wise choice for individuals with fructose problems.

Yes, I saw the "fruit syrup" ingredient. Even when they list ingredients, you still don't know what it contains. Sheesh!
Trader Joe's sells jellies and I trust their products to list ingredients accurately. The orange marmalade is from them. Next I'll try a berry flavor.

I buy mine from the Amish farm, so there is no brand on it. But, it is just fruit, homemade and delicious. I have never had any problems with any jam or jelly, even store-bought. Guess I am lucky like that.

Oooh, I love Trader Joe's - haven't bought their jellies before. Definitely going to give those a try.

Would strawberry-rhubarb be low in fructose? I make homemade jam and haven't bought any in years, but in Minnesota we have Gedney State Fair jams that are very good and just have sugar as sweetener. They are blue ribbon winning state fair recipes from people.
