There is absolutely NO form to my BM"S EVER!!
Total mush...sorry if this is TMI and urgency.
The 4 TBSP fiber I take is Heather's Tummy Fiber and that translates to 24 mg of SF...does it not?

So is this resolved? Sure doesn't feel like it....lol.

Sounds awful. Then again Im not sure whats worse, having semi-formed/soft stools with massive amounts or a lesser amount of straight D? Both are not healthy.

Have you tried other brands of fiber? I know fiber doesn't work for everyone but I had decent luck mixing different brands all at once. I was taking Heather's, Metamucil and Fibercon tablets all at once. God knows how many grams I was taking a day but it definitely bulked my stool up quite alot. But like I stated i also felt it just created alot more stool at the same time so is it really helping or just an illusion?

I still have urgency but its not the rush to the bathroom or poop myself urgency I have had when in a bad flare-up. Its a settled urgency but still not normal by any means.

Yes, I have tried many of the different brands and like you have combined them in various ways...all with the same disappointing results.

Oh well.....I just keep plugging along, trying and trying and trying some more.
Maybe some day I will find the combo of treatments that will work for me.

My main issue is urgency and its been going on for 3.5yrs now. Sometimes my stool is formed and sometimes its small and soft but usually always with urgency unless I take my lomotil then that takes it all away.

Yes I have had my gallbladder checked and they said it was fine.
