do you have heather's books? I'm not going to take the citrate laxative it's best not to. for SF julie,would you try fat free saltines? or just a little jasmine or minute rice? I agree with wat one poster said to you about eating an orange on an empty stomach that is bad,did u do the bran,that would probly cause pain or something.

no i never ate bran i just bought it and then got rid i have never been so bad i no you are suffering to right now and am here for you i never ate orange on empty tummy it was after my tea hun i think people just think cos i have a ed they thats me and i dont have ibs its cos i dont eat most people do i was confednt enough to let you all no about my ed am sorry i did no
i just hope tomorow goes well ps i dont have the books would love them

ok u just had tea then an orange or did u eat a sf too before orange?would u try more sf then if after? i'm glad u share how your doing and u post alot. very stressful week and go to work and ibs is nasty now too,maybe next week i will be better

It surely cannot hurt to try the break the cycle diet for a few days with berries. And since your doc suggested the laxative them keep taking it. Tell us how it goes.

The break the cycle is here. It suggests eating things on the soluble fiber list. There are many veggies listed there. You will have to be careful to avoid some of the fruits because of the fructose content. I would start with peeled carrots, boiled until very soft and then mashed. They have lots of soluble fiber and vitamins. So do bananas Later you can add tuna and chicken breast for protein.
