i spoke to all the team in hypno today i have been really bad and consaption bloated bad and i cant cope i havent a clue on what to do i do take on board what advice you all say but i get no were i feel 10 times worse from the probiotics
and feel so down pam my hypno docter said she would go chat with proffessser whoreweel and get back to me and she did am not going for hypno tomorow am going thurs and am see dr whorewell to sort some things out am really frightend he will shout at me am a bad person and its all my falt this ibs am really sorry

It is not your fault Julie.
he wont yell at you and if he does fire him!
It can be really hard to get things under control and I know IBS C seems harder to "fix"
Emotions I think are a great part of why we get IBS.Even the things you don't think bother you..on a deeper level I think our bodies can't handle it and this is why we end up with IBS.
Have you talked to someone like a psychologist?Maybe they can help you figure out what else might be causing your symptoms besides food.
I hope Dr Whoreweel can help you .
Keep your chin up girly there is always light at the end of the tunnel you just have to keep moving forward.

Julie, do you really think Dr. Whorwell would get angry and shout at you?  He is a soft spoken gentleman. I cannot image him shouting at anyone  Tell us how it goes.

i will do thank you syl i no he wont shout but i feel silly cos hes helping me lots and am not geting well
i so want be well and have more of a life and be happy anorixa took over 13 years and still does in ways and i just feel so sad and alone and scard am sorry sly you have helped me so much i tell pam about you all time and how much you all help me here on this site
