I ate something wrong yesterday, i think i had too much insoluble fiber. Either that or it was the organic lemondade that I had. Nothing artificial, but could the lemon juice concentrate be bad ( I did have it on an empty stomach. NOw I have that annoying feeling again, not necesarily too much pain, but a feeling that something is stuck and wont come out and a cramping, almost like a pinch in my intestines. Whenever this happens, it usually just gets worse and worse because I get upset and eat all the wrong things. WHat's the best thing to do?Im afraid of eating too much soluble becuase that makes me have to go to the bathroom more and Im afraid I won't be able to. It's kind of like a pocket of air that wont let anything through. Any meds that may help? THanks:)

I get that same "annoying" feeling, so I am interested in the any helpful hints others have for this. How long does it generally take to get good at eating for IBS-C without a lot of flare-ups? I'm sure there's a learning curve here, I feel better knowing what to expect--at least as much as possible.
