Ok, I have been doing the hypnotherapy religiously and my IBS is getting a bit better. However, a couple nights ago I had a bad attack of diarrhea, very unlike my traditional IBS symptoms. I've also had some dark brown stools with some orange in it... is that something to be concerned about? What could cause this? I haven't eaten any carrots in several days... so I'm confused about the orange in my stools. Please advise...thanks! Also, what foods could help with this?
