Hi,guy's,great site I'm new IBS-D. I notice in Heather's great book all her recipes say all purpose unbleached white flour and the recipes on the site just call for flour. What do I use ? Also is italian bread ok ? I find french too hard and I don't care for sourdough. Thanks all

Yes. Always try to use all purpose unbleached flour in all your recipes. I use King Arthur. It's good.

Italian bread should be fine. Just be careful with "whole grain." It may upset your belly, especially if your IBS-D.

Good luck!

I'm with ya there. LOVE pancakes! I make french toast several times a week using egg whites and sourdough bread. I just have to go light on the maple syrup, cuz sugar gives me gas
