I really don't know what to do. My IBS is flaring up so badly that even when I DON'T eat anything my stomach just cramps and cramps and cramps and I keep running to the bathroom. (I didn't think you could actually GO so many times!). Anything I can do? Anything? I'm getting so depressed because it's been so bad for the past 2 days.

I'm doing the hypnotherapy and my anxiety is better but I can't get the IBS to stop. I got messed up timewise so I should be on day 31 but I'm only on day 26. Should I start over again? Is that why I'm having problems?

Keep with it Megan. One day at a time.

Are you a Der?I will assume you are.

Try taking Imodium Advanced. for a while.

It really helps with gas and bloating.I wish they would separate whatever they put in there and sell it separately because it works great.

You should see an improvement right away.Give them a try for a few days and then see how you do without them.

Remember to do the cd's in a quiet calm area where you can lay down.I actually fell asleep a few times and I also had a time when the cd's irritated me but I kept at them and it got better, the difference was amazing. You will get there too.

Good luck.
Chris

Are you IBS-C, IBS-D or IBS-A?

It would be helpful if you could list the meals and snacks you have eaten in the past 2-3 days.
