Hi,everyone I love this site !!! I'm IBS-D 6 months. I spend hours reading everything while shopping for food.I see HFCS in alot of stuff,And I put it back like it's on fire !!! I also see corn syrup listed,is that ok ? Thanks

Corn syrup is ok because it hasn't been modified to have more molecules of fructose. Neither is healthy but corn syrup is ok for IBS.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
