Hi Maria...it sounds safe but I honestly don't know how good it would be. Alfredo sauce in my opinion would be hard to modify using safe ingredients....meaning you're just not gonna get the same taste. Also celery instead of shallots doesn't sound to appealing  Good luck

The shallot is in the onion family but a little milder tasting. I don't think subing celery would work. If you don't have a shallot I would use onion.
