Yeah that feels like burp bubbles got stuck in your ribs. That is what I call it.
Fennel tea or even gas X helps with that kind of upper gas (which is what it is).

I was getting this and realized it was from eating nuts....I quit eating them and the pains went away! I have also experienced this from consuming too much fiber.
