am so so i have been the loo that was good bit bloated but am ok but no am back bad
rice cereal soya milk strawberries
white fish blended carrots and turnip 2 kiwis and corns snack am fed up with all this
i no you are all right i need to get my feelings under control with ed and ibs but i am so happy nice calm when belly's fine

I, personally, wouldn't touch soy products of any kind or turnips!

Any soy product will give me bloating and gas. It's too hard for my system to digest it. Turnips I can't be sure of if cooked, as I have never had them, but raw kill my stomach! They are too "hot" for me. But they are on the soluble fiber list, so perhaps they are okay for some.

I drink almond milk...Almond Breeze vanilla unsweetened and also chocolate. Yum, I like almond milk

cant get almond milk here looked all over i cant got back on goats yet till next week if soya milk still causing trouble i will rice consapts me
