ARE THE NEWER ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS (STEVIA & TRUVIA) SAFE TO USE IF YOU HAVE IBS? IF NOT, ARE THERE ANY LOW OR NO CALORIE SWEETENER THAT CAN BE USED TO AVOID USING SUGAR?

I asked your question on the other board but I am not sure if you saw. Just in case you didn't here it is again

Welcome to the board,

Hopefully you drink de-caf green tea because regular tea contains caffeine which is a known IBS trigger.

Pure stevia with no additives such as FOS or inulin should fine. Sun crystals contain stevia and sugar so it should be fine.

I eat both of those...no problems. I like the Truvia better- more granular than the powdered Stevia.
