Spinach is fine for most people. You will have to give it a try

Good luck

I tolerate cooked spinach just fine. What I sometimes do is open a can of low-fat, low-sodium chick broth, heat it up in the microwave in a bowl or large mug with some fresh chopped spinach, a little grated fresh ginger, and a handful of cooked rice.

Very nutritious and good for the tummy too! You might also want to eat a slice of toasted sourdough bread on the side. The hot broth is very satisfying, particularly in cold weather like I am experiencing here now.

Well - that is good hear. Some people can tolerate milk while others cannot. Stick with it.

Like you said, it may or may not have been, but one thing to note is spinach is high in Iron.
