I have an extra First Year IBS book if anyone is interested in it. Somehow where I ordered it sent me two. WHoever responds first can have it and I will ship it to you for free. Or if you know someone who wants it I will send it to them. Thanks.....Kimberly

Where should I mail the book. Tell her to contact me and I will send it to her. If she does not respond to me here she can e-mail me at AChangeForLifeInAlabama@yahoo.com. I would be glad to give it to her. I am about half way through with my own copy right now. I think it would be helpful. My name is Kimberly......just tell her to let me know where she'd like to have it mailed.
