I have IBS-D. My practitioner recommended that I change to a good quality LIQUID vitamin supplement, as we with IBS-D have rapid transit time and do not easily absorb vitamin tablets or capsules before we have to hit the toilet, if we actually absorb any of it at all. Liquid form really helps us get what we need!

Any product that is offered as a 'sublingual' supplement (under the tongue) is excellent, as it is immediately absorbed into the blood stream and does not have to go through the intestines to be of any benefit to our bodies.

I also take extra vitamin B-12 this way. I find this really helps with lifting the energy level for sure. Goodness knows that all of us IBS sufferers could use an energy boost!
