So this is weird. I got the flu, the real flu 3 weeks ago AND strep throat (lovely). Of course, I was prescribed antibiotics and took them dreading what disaster was going to take place while on them/after. I had previously been on Align for 3 months which had improved my symptoms dramatically, but still not perfect. I no longer had to run to the bathroom after eating and felt so much better. I still have a lot of pain, pressure, gas, bloating and a few bouts of D, but was much better. So I quit taking the Align while on the antibiotic. 3 weeks now I've been off the Align and antibiotic and I've felt better now than ever! I still have a BM every morning, which I never had previous to this. It's not urgent, no nausea with it or pain and I'm good during the day too. Some mild gas issues, but other than that...fine. Weird huh?
