I believe it is made for people with IBS. Whatever it is it didn't do anything for my symptoms. I tried the free 30 day trial off there website but had zero luck.

It is a probiotic and just because it didnt work for some, doesnt mean it wont for others. With probiotics, try to take it on an empty stomach 1/2 hour before you eat in the morning. Take it EVERY day and give it at least 6 weeks. There are tons of reviews for it on amazon.com if you want to hear success stories. And on the other side of the fence, if it doesnt work for you dont give up trying other probiotics. There are so many strains and combinations. It takes time...which is sometimes the hardest. Align is working great for me personally. I didnt give Digestive Advantage IBS enough time (only a week and a half) and might try it again to get myself to 100% better...I'd say I'm a good 70% now...

Would you combine Align and Digestive Advantage?

It is best to try them one at a time and figure out which one works for you If they both work then combine them. You need to try each one alone for at least 6 weeks.
