insides sound like im full of water and its really loud crazy noises..

on my upper left under my ribs when I push my ibs makes crazy noises like really loud,sickening noises. sounds really watery too like lots of it in there..could this be beause im on my period right now??

Hmm, strange. I get loud gurgling noises and movements all the time but nothing consistent or like what your describing.
Whats strange is that i was describing my symptoms to a woman friend of mine, she doesn't have IBS but described having the same thing as you. She said she pushes near the bottom of her left ribcage and gets very strange motions and noises? She said its annoying but it doesn't bother her like IBS does us. Not sure what it could be, i suggest talking to a doc.

would you ask your friend more about it,and ask her if she knows or found out what it is please? I never had this until I had ibs.

I'm sorry but i don't see her very often or i would. I asked her if she knew what it was and since she just had a child i mentioned maybe it had something to do with that? She said it started long before she had the child and she never had it diagnosed as anything and wasn't worried about it as it didn't cause her any problems, it was just an annoyance she stated. Sorry i can't be of further assitance but you should have it checked out regardless.
