What does anyone know about NuVitae?

Some guy got on Facebook and got me in chat and was really pushing this stuff. He claimed he had IBS, and that drinking this NuVitae was like magic. It really irks me when I think fellow sufferers are contacting me, only to find out it's just someone wanting to sell me something.

And on top of THAT, something that might even 'hurt' me. Sure, the stuff has fiber in it, but that isn't all IBS needs. It's sparkling, and I know that can be a problem, and it has sucralose, which is problematic, as well. And citrus. Sooooo, in essence, I wasn't quite sure why this guy was pushing this for IBS.

Preying on the health groups on FB to sell his stuff just gets me, and he was so PUSHY. I told him to pass it by Heather; if she thought it was ok, cool. Then he checks out the website and says, well she has her own products, and I'm like, yeah? lol. But, she's one of us! and is trying to help us, not just make money. Geez. It's so different when someone who suffers has developed things to help, and who really cares.

Nuvitae contains digestion resistant maltodextrin a soluble fiber that is frequently used as a food additive in such things as instant oatmeal and ice cream. Each drink contains 12.5 grams of this soluble fiber a small amount of a number of vitamins. It seems to be an expensive way to get some soluble fiber at more than $2.00 a can as I recall.
