I have been dying for some steamed crabs but unsure if I should expect to be in extreame pain afterwards. Does anyone know if they are a safe food to eat??
Any help is soooo gratefully appreciated!

I didn't know steamed crab got IBS I eat boiled crab quite frequently. I am sure steamed crab would be fine. Using light olive oil and lemon for the dipping sauce instead of butter and lemon. Crab is definitely a safe food.

Just ate 'em last week. You sure can do it...just make sure to have a starch with it...and use melted smart balance LIGHT butter to dip it in. Yummy and safe.
