I had no idea crystalline fructose was like HCFS.
Any other HFCS-like hidden triggers?
Is Corn Syrup regular ok?
As for magnesium lactate-that can't be a dairy derivtive...everything has that even things with a no dairy label.

Pure corn syrup is fine. It contains only glucose. Sometimes you have to check the label to see if says either high fructose corn syrup or fructose-glucose. If it does then it contains HFCS.
Magnesium lactate is not a dairy derivative. It is a mineral supplement. While lactic acid is found in milk it does not have to be derived from milk.

I wonder why it doesn't bother me with having IBS D? I can't do caffiene as it tears me up. This disease is soooooo strange.

Got ya on the mag-lactate
Regular Corn Syrup is OK in MODERATION. Some recipes call for it. It's just when mfgs add the extra fructose, i think.
