So, question for ya'll. A while back I had a dinner of chicken and Israeli couscous. On an empty stomach
However, also that night I accidentally had a some cupcakes made with low sugar ( aka sorbital ) frosting. Needless to say the next day was not pretty.
With so many factors, I have no ideas if the couscous was safe. And I hope it was, because it was AMAZING.
So does anybody have any idea of israeli couscous is ok or not?

Israeli Couscous is an extruded pasta, similar to Italian orzo. The pasta is is then toasted to dry. It's mainly main from semolina wheat and therefore is SAFE for IBS. It mainly Soluble Fiber. This is not a whole wheat product. Enjoy!
