What is the best time of day to take Acacia Fiber for someone with IBS-D ... before or after meals? And how much Acacia Fiber is appropriate for D? Thanks.

Hi there,
In the beginning until you stabilize, it works best to take the acacia before each meal to minimize the effect of trigger foods in the meal and to calm the intestines before the food arrives.
