Can you give an example of a daily eating plan that you normally eat? Like breakfast, lunch, supper, snacks? Thanks!

Ok but I'm really tired. Breakfast lately I make a smoothie of fruit, soy milk, soy yogurt, protein powder and acacia. Otherwise oatmeal packets. Snacks- I eat a lot of bananas and other fruit and bars like cereal bars, odwalla bars, granola bars (especially when farming) sometimes I have nuts or nut clusters lunch- a lot of times leftovers or salad and sweet potato, or hummus and pita or egg whites and french bread or boca burger or PB&J with homemade J. We get fresh Italian style peasant bread and have it sliced. dinner- I eat fish and otherwise a veggie diet. We eat jasmine rice a lot or baguettes(maybe why we are fat) and I cook broccoli or asparagus or green beans (hub likes) or we'll have salad or like roasted veggies on pasta. Generally I make spicy Thai food a lot -mine with tofu his with chicken. I am not bothered by spice or veggies. Dessert- homemade ice cream with acacia or a bowl of cereal with acacia or I'll just have some tea with my acacia. My main trigger is fat but I do fruits and veggies without issues, however I have terrible bloating and gas almost everyday and can't get rid of it. I have been super stressed lately and my poop has reverted to pseudo-D.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

This is helpful. Thanks for taking the time to type that. I eat pb&j every day for lunch and I'm burnt out on it. I am trying to incorporate more veggies in the diet.
I've tried some of the recipes on the index and I'm just not a good cook. They don't always turn out good. But, I'm going to keep trying.
