I am IBS - D with gas and bloating as my major problems. I was wondering if others like me have issues with mobility? For example having the need to have a BM and knowing it's right there but not being able to go through with it? I can be like this for 2-3 days before having the BM! It's so frustrating! As D is my issue I was also wondering if anyone can give me some useful dietry tips for this, I'm on SF supplement twice per day currently which has helped a little and am following Heather's diet as well as being gluten free. Any help appreciated!!
yea I run to the bathroom I swear 10times or more. It's not dirreah though. I like crapped my guts out today. I filled the toilet like 4 times, then the other times just a few stools. I feel awful like bloating,and feeling umcomfortable even though I've been eating better,it's weird.
