I have noticed since I have been eating for ibs that I stop eating alot of meat. Now whenever I do eat meat is seems to be a problem for me. I can do without meat its not an issue for me, I just was wondering if anyone else finds that once you cut something out for awhile if it is a problem once they try eating it again?

Well red meat is a trigger and a no no on the diet. But white meat chicken, turkey, fish should be ok as long as its not fried in oil. But I don't eat white albacore tuna like I did before and now when I eat it I have problems with. So for me once my system is not use to something then introducing it again can cause me an attack. Start out eating small portions of meat to get your body to adjust to eating it once again.
