I eat both the chicken patties and burgers with no problems. I am IBS-D and fine. They taste pretty good too especially whe you dress them up. I put mustard, ketchup, sometimes pickles and a slice of tomato. The burgers definitely have a burger feel and the chik patties even my kids will eat!

I have not tried the burgers yet, but I've had the chicken patties and I think they taste good. The taste reminds me a lot of the Pete's Pride fritters, if you've ever had those, but not as thin. I've also tried the Gardenburger "chicken" patties and they are good as well.

I have IBS-D and so far they don't seem to bother me as long as I take plenty of Fibercon beforehand. I also haven't tried anything on them as far as veggies or sauces. I find it helps the taste if I toast the buns first as well.

I haven't tried them in the microwave, but at about 15 minutes in the oven they are pretty quick anyway.

The Boca burgers are next on my list to try, but I've got to eat up the Gardenburger Flame-Broiled burgers I have in the freezer first.

Yes I eat them but admit they are full of fakey crap like MSG derivatives (autolyzed yeast extract, hydrolized soy protein). I get the vegan burgers since many veggie burgers have cheese! I also like the rice cake things with the edamame in them. I dip them in hoisin. They are way overpriced and I have been meaning to make homemade ones and freeze them individually (I do that with my black eyed pea cakes -search recipes. They are very good with soy cheese and sour cream.)

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
