Hi Everyone! I am basicly a vegetarian. So I eat beans, rice, etc. How does that all work with the diet?

There have been a lot of recent posts on this. Many here don't eat meat. You have to be more careful with beans, soy and certain grains causing gas, but since you are used to them that is easier for you. I tolerate tofu really well, but beans can be tricky for me.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
