I know something of how you feel. Afew years ago I was going to Disneyland as well and had no idea of what I was going to eat either. I REMEMBER i couldn't even look forward to it I was so worried. AND that was waaay before I knew about soluble and insoluble fibres and this site. All I can offer you is to take lotds of supplements with you and eat as safely as you can. Are you able to take any fibre foods or snacks with you, that might help? Yea. I am in quite the bummer mood. I am taking a ton of Metamucil and Fibercon with me as well as some oatmeal, baked lays and sourdough. Hopefully this will help me out as well. Wish me luck!
