Just a quick query for those expert IBSers out there!
I'm still geting to know my tummy and working out what helps and what triggers my reactions - gas bloating and C mainly with D every now and then.

What is the best way to deal with a mistake or an attack in terms of foods and drinks? For example something I ate yesterday gave me D so what should I do today in order to regain control of my tummy? Only 2 days ago I was the opposite - gas and C so how long does it take to correct such mistakes and get right again?

Any help appreciated
