Hello, everyone! Nice forum, nice discussions!
Can you, guys, tell me how i can upload an avatar so that it could be displayed with all my posts? i'm just newbe in using forums and can't find this feature here.
P.S. i'm sorry, may be i'm posting to the wrong category, but i just want to use all features of the board.

Hi, I don't think this forum allows you to upload directly. I posted mine by hosting it somewhere else and linking to it. I also saw in the message when you sign up that if you email Heather the image, she will upload one for you.

Just take a photo or avatar off you photobucket or similar site, make it the right size, go to 'my home' and paste the link.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
