Does anyone know if a tried and true way to get rid of or lessen nausea? The idea of drinking ginger tea when I feel sick, just makes me feel sicker!

oooh. That's a toughy! The ginger tea is about the only thing that helps my nausea. Have you tried maybe a half of a motion sickness OTC medicine?

I have used emetrol but walmart brand because it is cheaper but the same thing. It is a liquid and it helps me alot.

Ginger root capsules work for me. Although you usually have to take at least 3, and sometimes that is tough to swallow when you don't want to drink/eat anything. But I'm always glad I do!
