I've been looking for humanely raised chicken/eggs and finally found one that will deliver to me since I'm having trouble finding them locally. However, the eggs are brown grade AA eggs. Are these ok for IBS? Obviously I'm only using the whites not the yolks but I've never used brown eggs only white.
Organic Eggs Organic Brown Eggs, Large, 6 pack Certified Humane Raised and Handled A local family farm since 1953, Glaum Egg Ranch takes pride in producing the freshest egg you will ever taste. The health of the chickens is their first priority. They start by giving them a home at a beautiful 28 acre ranch nestled in the foothills of Santa Cruz County and surrounded by healthy organic fields. Since the ranch is 100% cage free, the chickens, at anytime, have the luxury of roaming free, dust bathing, perching, nesting, eating and drinking. The chickens drink fresh water daily from the Glaum well and are fed a natural organic and vegetarian diet without animal byproducts.

Brown and white eggs are identical on the inside. The shell color is determined by the breed of chicken.
