Cascadian Farms Granola cereal

Can anyone tell me why this cereal (http://www.cascadianfarm.com/products/Product_Detail.aspx?cat=8) would affect people with IBS? Click on nutritional info at top right to see ingredients... I know granola is supposed to be avoided because it's normally very fattening, but this one isn't...But it still seems to affect my stomach adversely..
Any ideas?

It could possibly be the Honey or the oil. Plus their are 3 grams of fat/serving, which is still not alot of fat calories, but It might be something to look at.
Honey is naturally high in fructose which can cause great pain, flatulence, and bloating.
HTH, I have never eaten it before, but it could cause problems. I thought my Gorilla Munch was safe (envirokids.com) but it will tear me up sometimes. It all just depends on your tummy circumstances at the time of consumption!

I didn't realize honey was high in fructose...good to know. I don't tolerate fructose well so that's probably it.
