Advil Cold & Sinus

I've been having a sore throat along with headaches and sinus pressure. This morning, I took advil cold & sinus to try to help clear it up. I don't want to be sick on my wedding day! Is this going to create gut problems? Has anyone ever used advil cold/sinus? I need some advice, and I really don't want to go to the doctor!

I've used Tylenol cold and sinus without any trouble. Be careful to drink extra fluids, though, because it will dry you out.

I have the exact same thing going on right now.
advil cold and Sinus helps clear things up a bit and I have no problems with it. Eat safely though.
