I found a Soy Ultra protein shake from GotBody.com. I can't remember what it is called, I have it at home. It has no artificial anything, and as far as I can tell, it's a safe food. I have used it with no problems. I will find out what the name of it is and let you know tomorrow!

I use Nutribiotic rice protein powder. I usually put it in a meal replacement smoothie with soy milk, soy yogurt, fiber, stevia and lots of fruit. I find protein powder cannot be taken *with* food because it gives a heavy tummy ache. I know non IBS people that say the same thing. So I just meal replace with protein powder.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
